About me

I need to catch up on the past 3 years worth or movies, music, etc.

Occupation: sales

Single

About my collections

I tend to like dis-functional dramas or films which make you think very hard. As far as music lately it has been the music which though various albums tells a story:
"Right Away Great Captain!" Andy Hull side project from Manchester Orchestra. The Antlers "hospice I & II as well as Kevin Devine, Elliot Smith, Bright Eyes.

The Eventually Home review

Posted : 13 years, 3 months ago on 23 January 2011 05:58 (A review of The Eventually Home)

The voice of Andy Hull is angry, loud, fragile, & soft all in one as he takes the role of a 17th century sailer set out to sea for three years as was common then. What wasn't common was seeing his wife & brother having sex through the window in his cabin home. Not having the strength to confront her or his brother he leaves and has three whole years to be tortured, confused, planning revenge, dream, get notes from home. All the while confiding to his Captain the issues and trusting a captain who may have an agenda of his own. (2nd of 3 albums w/ 3rd being released soon). Listen to these albums in order much like 'Hospice I' and 'Hospice II' by the "Antlers".
